Available for Shingle Creek Residents
Shingle Creek property owners are eligible for low or no interest rates for home improvement loans through the Neighborhood Revitalization Program (NRP) Home Improvement Loan Program. The maximum loan amount is $15,000; the minimum is $1,000. Over 300 neighborhood residents have utilized this program!
